Who we are

Namegrove is a business name of SALES INDUSTRIES LLC (“we”, “us”), 800 SE 4th Ave Ste 711, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA. We sell personalized nursery name signs at shopnamegrove.com and in our Etsy shop ↗.

What we make

Each sign is laser-cut from 4 mm plywood: your child’s name plus up to four painted decor pieces. Some sizes can have a warm LED backlight behind the name. It’s USB powered with a cord of about 18 inches, and the wall adapter isn’t included. Every sign is made to order by our production partner in British Columbia, Canada.

Ordering and your design proof

You can order on this site and pay by card through Stripe Checkout, or order in our Etsy shop. Orders placed on Etsy are also covered by Etsy’s own policies.

After every order we email you a design proof with the name, font, colors and layout. Nothing is cut until you approve it. Before you approve, you can ask for changes, or cancel for a full refund. Once you approve, production starts and the order can’t be cancelled.

We may decline or cancel an order before production, for example if we can’t make the design or a payment looks fraudulent. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.

Checking the details is up to you

Please check the proof carefully: the spelling of the name, the font, colors, size and pieces. Once you approve it, we make the sign exactly as shown, and you’re responsible for what the approved proof says. We can’t remake a sign for a spelling or choice that was in the proof you approved.

Prices, payment and shipping

Prices are in US dollars and already include shipping. Shipping is free, and we ship to the United States and Canada only. Payment is taken when you order. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles it.

If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we’ll contact you before production and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Timing is an estimate

Making a sign usually takes 5–9 business days after you approve your proof, then 3–7 days to the US. These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, carrier delays, weather or customs can make it longer. If you need a sign by a certain date, message us before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Photos and previews

The room photos and sign previews on this site are digital renderings to help you imagine your sign. Your design proof shows the final layout. Each piece is painted by hand and wood grain is natural, so small differences in color, grain and texture are normal and not a defect.

Safety: please read

Your sign is decorative wall décor. It is not a toy.

• An adult should hang it. Mount it securely to the wall.
• Above a crib, use small nails or screws chosen for your wall. The double-sided tape we include is for light walls and places away from the crib.
• Never place the sign in or on the crib, or anywhere a child can pull it down.
• Keep small pieces and the USB cord out of a child’s reach. Small parts can be a choking hazard, and cords can be a strangling hazard.
• Check now and then that the sign is still secure, especially before putting the crib back in place under it.

Returns, damage and refunds

Because each sign is personalized, our Refund & Returns Policy explains what we can and can’t take back, and how we handle damaged, lost or incorrect orders. It’s part of these terms.

Our designs and your design

Our sign designs, decor figure art, photos, text and the rest of this site belong to us or the people who license them to us. Please don’t copy or sell them.

When you order, you give us permission to use your design, including your child’s name, to make and ship your sign. We won’t publish your child’s name or a photo of your sign anywhere without asking you first.

Using this site

Please use the site only for its intended purpose. Don’t try to break it, misuse the order system, or place orders with someone else’s payment details.

Limits on our responsibility

We stand behind our signs as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t responsible for harm caused by hanging or using the sign in a way that goes against the safety guidance above. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If we ever disagree about something, please contact us first. Most problems can be sorted out with a message.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new date at the top. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
